Why is my reward pending?
Some partners confirm a completion only after a short review period (usually a few days, shown next to the reward). During that time the points are reserved for you and listed under *Pending rewards* in your wallet with a countdown.
What happens next
- When the countdown ends, the points move to your balance automatically and you get a notification.
- If the partner reverses the completion (for example a refunded purchase or a cancelled trial), the pending reward is marked *Reversed* and nothing is credited.
Why do partners do this?
Advertisers pay for real, lasting actions. A review period protects honest players: fraud on a network leads to lower rewards for everyone, so a short hold keeps payouts high and stable.
Can I speed it up?
No, but you never have to do anything. Keep the app installed or the account active until the countdown ends if the offer asked for that, and do not request a refund of a paid step.
