Creating your account
You can register with an email address or with Google. Usernames must be 3 to 24 characters (letters, numbers and underscores). Choose a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters — a password manager is ideal.
Email confirmation
After registering, confirm your address with the link we email you. The link expires after 24 hours and works once. Until your address is confirmed, your account stays limited: you can browse, but withdrawals and some partner walls stay locked.
Did not get the email?
Wait a few minutes, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address correctly. Then use the resend option in the sign-in window. Each address can request a few links per quarter-hour; if you hit the limit, wait and try again. Addresses from disposable inbox services are blocked at registration.
Signing in with Google
Google sign-ins skip email confirmation because Google already verified the address. The first Google sign-in creates your Grindo profile automatically with the same username rules.
One account per person
One account per person, per device and per payout destination. A second account — even for a family member on the same phone — triggers an automatic ban of both accounts and forfeits their balances. If you share a household connection, contact support first so we can note it.
