Your first 10 minutes on Grindo
Welcome aboard. This checklist takes you from a fresh account to your first credited reward without the mistakes that slow most beginners down.
1. Verify your email
Open the confirmation message we sent at sign-up and click the link. Verified accounts cash out faster because payouts above review thresholds skip a manual identity hold. If the message never arrived, check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in window.
2. Finish your profile
Country, age bracket and device type decide which offers and surveys you are eligible for. A complete profile unlocks more inventory and raises survey match rates immediately. Answer honestly: inconsistent profile data is one of the most common reasons payouts get reversed later.
3. Claim the daily reward
Open the daily rewards page and claim day one. Come back every day to grow your streak — streaks multiply chest value, and chests regularly pay more than a small offer. Missing a day resets the streak, so make it a habit before anything else.
4. Do one starter offer
Pick an offer marked Easy with a credit rate above 85%. Read every requirement line before you start, complete it on the same device and connection you started with, and keep the app or tab open until the points land. Your first credit usually arrives within minutes.
5. Learn the level system early
Every 5000 XP earns one level, and levels unlock better shop items, avatars and partner walls. Points and XP grow together, so everything you do from day one counts toward the same progress.
