Tiers, goals and steps explained
Many game and finance offers split the total reward into milestones: reach level 10 for 200 points, level 25 for 500 more, and so on. The offer page lists every tier with its own payout. Tiers verify independently, so you keep whatever you completed even if you stop halfway.
How progress is tracked
Partners report each milestone with a server-to-server postback, usually within minutes of the in-game event. Your progress panel marks tiers done as confirmations arrive. Timers shown on the card are averages across all players — your run can be faster or slower.
Why a tier can stall
The usual causes: switching devices mid-run, playing offline for long stretches, reinstalling the app, or hitting the milestone on a different account or server region than the one you started with. Fix the underlying cause, replay the step while online, and the postback normally follows.
Expiry and retired campaigns
Some campaigns carry an expiry date with a live countdown on the offer page. Finish all tiers before it lapses: expired campaigns stop reporting, and late postbacks cannot be credited. Networks also retire campaigns without notice — if an offer disappears from the catalogue, its remaining tiers are gone with it.
