Restricted, limited, banned: what each means
A restriction freezes withdrawals while you can still browse and earn. A limitation blocks specific features, such as referrals or certain partner walls. A ban closes the account entirely: no earning, no withdrawals, no new accounts. Your history and notices always state which one applies and why.
The most common causes
Duplicate accounts on one device, location masking during offers, identity documents that do not match the account, payout destinations belonging to someone else, and advertiser fraud reports with transaction evidence. Each of these is documented in the Fair Use policy before it is ever enforced.
What happens to the balance
During a temporary restriction the balance is untouched and releases with the account. On a permanent ban for fraud, the balance is forfeited under the Terms and cannot be paid out — paying it would mean rewarding the exact behaviour the rules exist to stop.
Your options now
If you believe the decision is wrong, appeal once through a support ticket with evidence. Creating replacement accounts voids the appeal automatically. If the ban stands, respect it: evasion attempts are logged by device fingerprint and extend to any account you touch.
