Why accounts get restricted
Restrictions protect the reward pool. The triggers are consistent: more than one account per person or device, VPN or proxy use during offers, emulators and bots, fake IDs, chargebacked purchases, and advertiser-reported fraud. Most restrictions start as a temporary hold while a human reviews the evidence.
Reversals are not bans
A reversed completion means one partner rejected one task — your account stays fully usable. A restriction or ban means the account itself broke the rules. Read the notice carefully: it names the category and whether it is temporary or permanent.
How to appeal
Open a support ticket from the affected account within a reasonable time and explain plainly what happened. Include anything that supports your case: proof you travel and the IP changes are legitimate, receipts for flagged purchases, or the correct document for a failed check. One honest, complete appeal beats five angry short ones.
What never works
Threats, duplicate tickets across channels, new accounts made to dodge the ban (those are banned on sight and burn the appeal), and forged documents — the last one converts any temporary restriction into a permanent one. If the appeal fails after human review, the decision is final and the balance is forfeited under the Terms.
