What deletion does
Deleting your account permanently closes it: the profile, settings and pending points disappear, active withdrawals are cancelled, and the username and email are released under our retention rules. Completed payout records are kept as financial records where the law requires it — deletion removes your data, not our legal books.
Before you delete
Cash out any withdrawable balance first: deleted balances cannot be restored or paid later. Redeem or abandon shop items and chests, and save any history or receipts you might need for taxes. If you are leaving because of a problem — a stuck payout, a bug, suspected takeover — contact support first; most issues are fixable and deletion is irreversible.
How to request it
Send the request from account settings or by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. We confirm it is really you, apply a short cooling-off window in case the request came from a compromised session, then erase the data and confirm by email.
Instead of deleting
Taking a break needs no deletion: sign out everywhere, and the account, level and streak history wait for you. If marketing emails annoy you, unsubscribe in one click rather than erasing years of progress.
