Before your first withdrawal
Confirm your email, then open the wallet and check three things: the minimum for your chosen method, the live points-to-cash rate, and your available (not pending) balance. Pending points are still being verified by partners and cannot be withdrawn yet.
Placing the request
Pick a method — PayPal, crypto or gift cards — enter the destination exactly as it belongs to you, and confirm. The destination must be yours: withdrawals to third parties are blocked and trigger a review. Double-check wallet addresses character by character; crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
Review and timing
Most withdrawals are reviewed and released within about 24 hours. First-time cashouts and larger amounts can take longer because they pass manual checks and, above the published threshold, identity verification. You will see every status change in your history, from requested to processing to completed.
Fees and minimums
Grindo charges no conversion fee: the rate in your wallet is the rate you receive. The payment rails themselves may deduct their own network or processing fees, which we show before you confirm. Minimums differ per method and are always visible before you commit — never below what the rails can actually deliver.
