Why we verify identity at all
Real-money payouts attract stolen accounts and synthetic identities. Verifying who cashes out protects your balance from takeover, satisfies anti-money-laundering law, and keeps our partners confident that every conversion comes from a real person. Honest users pass in minutes; the process exists to stop everyone else.
When verification triggers
Verification is normally requested with your first larger withdrawal or once your rolling payouts pass $50 in a rolling 30-day period. It can also trigger after a security event — a password reset from a new device, for example. Small withdrawals on a verified email usually flow without it.
What to prepare
A government photo ID (passport, national ID or driving licence) and a live selfie or short liveness check. Details must match your account: same name, same country, same date of birth you registered with. Business or shared documents are not accepted.
How review works
Automated checks run first, then a human reviews edge cases. Most decisions land within a day. If a document is rejected, the notice states the exact reason — blurry photo, glare, expired ID, name mismatch — and you can retry immediately. Deliberately forged documents end the account permanently with no appeal.
