What a reversal is
A reversal means the advertiser cancelled a previously confirmed completion after the fact. Your history shows it with the partner's reason. It affects that one reward only — the rest of your balance, level and streak are untouched.
Why advertisers reverse
The standard reasons: the purchase or trial was refunded or charged back, the account at the advertiser was closed or banned, the user was not actually new, the completion came from a blocked country or device, or their audit flagged the install as incentivised fraud or duplicate. Subscriptions cancelled inside the trial window reverse almost automatically.
Can a reversal be undone?
Sometimes. If you can show the underlying cause is fixed — the subscription is active and paid, the account is in good standing, the refund was a mistake that has been resolved — attach that proof to a support ticket and we will ask the partner to re-evaluate. Partners decide; we advocate with evidence, not wishes.
Protecting future earnings
Finish trial and deposit offers you intend to keep, never refund a purchase tied to a reward, keep one account everywhere, and stay off VPNs. Reversal rates are public per offer in the credit rate: offers with rates above 85% rarely reverse at all.
