Check the status first
Open your history and read the withdrawal's status. Processing means the money left us and is moving through the payment rail — PayPal holds, bank delays and congested crypto networks all live on this step, not ours. Completed means the rail confirmed delivery; from there, only your provider can trace it.
PayPal missing after completion
Check the exact inbox of the PayPal account, including spam and the resolution centre. Payments occasionally land in a pending state on PayPal's side when the account is new or unverified — accept or verify there and the funds release. Confirm the destination address in your history matches your PayPal login email letter for letter.
Crypto missing after completion
Look up the transaction hash from your history in a block explorer. Confirmations take longer when networks are busy; most rails require a set number of confirmations before the receiving wallet displays the balance. If the explorer shows the funds at your address, the payout is done and the delay is your wallet app syncing.
Gift card code not working
Codes are region-locked more often than people expect. Redeem in the store region shown at purchase, typed exactly — confusing similar characters is the top cause. If a fresh, correctly regioned code still fails, open a ticket with the order ID and a screenshot of the store error and we will replace it.
