The survey froze or threw an error
Stay on the page for a minute and retry once. If it still fails, close it: routers usually log the attempt, and hammering a broken study with refreshes can flag your session. Completed studies that errored on the last screen often confirm late — check your history after an hour before assuming the worst.
Endless loops of screeners
Getting routed from study to study without ever starting one means the router is low on matching inventory for your profile right now. Complete any missing profile sections, then try a different survey partner wall or come back later. Evening and early-morning hours match better because fewer respondents compete for the same studies.
Page says my country changed
Routers verify your location continuously. A VPN, a mobile carrier that exits traffic abroad, or travel without updating your profile triggers this. Turn off anything that masks your location and make sure the country in your profile matches where you physically are.
Video or audio studies misbehave
Media-heavy studies need a stable connection and real playback. Do not mute, fast-forward or switch tabs during video questions: attention tracking reports skipped media and the study rejects the session. Use headphones in a quiet place for audio tasks.
Still stuck after all that
Note the study topic, the router name, the exact error text and the time, then contact support. Screenshots of the error screen cut the investigation time in half.
