Screeners exist before the real survey
Every survey starts with profiling questions. If your answers do not match the audience the client bought, you are screened out. That is normal — even excellent profiles complete only about one in three attempts. A screen-out is not a punishment and never harms your account standing.
How to raise your completion rate
- Complete your profile once and answer consistently, every single time.
- Slow down in the first minute. Speeding through screeners flags you as automated traffic.
- Read attention-check questions ("select Strongly agree to show you are reading") and answer them literally.
- Never change core facts — country, age, gender, household — between studies.
- Attempt longer specialist studies: they screen harder up front but waste less of your time per payout.
Consolation rewards
Most of our survey partners pay a small automatic credit for a screen-out. It lands on its own and needs no claim. Abandoned studies — ones you closed yourself halfway — do not earn it, which is another reason to only start studies you intend to finish.
What gets a profile throttled
Contradictory answers across studies, impossible completion speeds, and VPN usage during surveys. Throttled profiles see fewer invitations for a while. Consistent honest answering restores full matching faster than anything else.
