Status meanings
Requested means we have it and it is queued. Processing means it passed review and the payment is on its way through the rail. On hold means something needs your attention — usually identity verification or a destination mismatch. Declined means the review failed, and the reason is always stated in your history.
On hold: what to do
Open the withdrawal and read the requested action. Nine times out of ten it is one of three things: verify your email, complete identity verification, or fix a payout address that does not match your account name. Act within a few days; stale holds are eventually cancelled back to your balance.
Declined: common reasons
A payout destination belonging to someone else, evidence of multiple accounts, completions later reversed by partners, or a sanctioned country in your profile or payment details. Declined funds return to your balance unless the underlying violation ends the account itself — the history entry tells you which.
Still unhappy with a decision
Reply through a support ticket, not chat, and include the withdrawal ID from your history. Payment decisions are reviewed by a human on appeal, and if we made an error the withdrawal is re-queued with priority.
